I've been coming here for a decade. Best place to get a harness in a pinch. I just stopped in and he helped me diagnose an engine whine issue. Great people support your local stores

I may not be the typical consumer of car audio equipment. In fact, I'd say I'm a complete novice and have only dreamt about adding sounds to one of my vehicles. However, after speaking with Matt at Xplosive, I left better informed and confident that I was going to enjoy my experience with his company. From my initial consultation, Matt treated me as an equal, though he knew everything and I knew nothing. He waled me through what would give me the best "bang for my buck". I am no spendthrift, so walking me through an expense I deem a splurge was no easy task for the poor guy. Never did I feel bad about a question. And he used every means of communication, from in person, to email, to eventual phone. All the while, he guided me through the process. And with a time crunch, he even obliged me an early install. My car was dropped off at 9am and completed by 3pm (do NOT hold him to that kind of speedy delivery!). Matt fit the subwoofer and amp addition within my budget and completely the work with aplomb. I HIGLY recommend the novice AND the knowledgeable. Matt will take care of you. Thank you, Matt and Xplosive!

I really wanted to give my business to a local buisness, I know in the car audio sales and install that experience is more important than anything. Gentleman I spoke with was super easy to talk to and I did feel I could trust what he was saying. My biggest drawback was that he didn't want to use the wiring I had. I had the same equipment installed in a 2019 Challenger, and now Im having it put in a 2020. Between the PAC Amppro amp adapter and the cabling is probably $500.. And he said he would maybe use pieces of it, which I had been to two other places and they said they would most definitely use it. Quoted me around $1700 and said it would probably come in around $1200 or $1300.. 20 minutes later I went down the street to another local place and got everything installed out the door for $1050. Ibwill be getting a dashcam here next and will definitely make a stop here to see what they can do. Giving them a good rating, it's just the price was not there for me.

I came to Matt at xplosive audio I had a problem with my speakers having static in them. He came out and diagnosed it right away. All I needed was my radio to be tuned. Really appreciate it. Awesome place highly recommend!

Matt has been my go to guy for Electrical stuff. Started out with remote start (still works fine after 5 years). Then he upgraded my sound system, with a nice unit, and speakers (sounds great), and hands free phone, two years ago. Then he added a backup camera (it worked off the stereo). Love it ! Then, I was rambling in his store about better backup lights. Bam! He made it happen with some nice LED lights. I love it. So, if your asking me if I like his work, it's a yes.
